Our Espresso San Marcos, like our Espresso Indien, is a 100% highland Robusta. The beans thrive at ideal altitudes, over 1,200 meters above sea level. Here in the San Marcos Mountains, the coffee beans ripen slowly and develop a remarkably complex flavor profile. The region's volcanic soils lend the beans a unique depth and a rich, chocolatey, nutty aroma.
