Cold Brew
A harmoniously balanced cold brew with 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta. The perfect refreshing kick for warm summer days. Try it classic or mixed with tonic or juice. Whatever your taste:
RECIPE: Classic Cold Brew
Ingredients:
100 g coarsely ground cold brew
1 liter of cold water
Preparation:
1. Pour coffee into a large container.
2. Add cold water and stir well.
3. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 6-12 hours.
4. Strain through a fine sieve or coffee filter.
5. Pour cold brew into a bottle and store in the refrigerator.
6. Dilute with water or milk to taste before serving.
RECIPE: Cold Brew with Tonic
Ingredients:
100 ml cold brew coffee (see classic recipe)
150 ml tonic water
ice cubes
Lemon slice (optional)
Preparation:
1. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
2. Pour cold brew coffee and tonic water into the glass.
3. Stir gently.
4. Optionally garnish with a lemon slice and serve.
