    Manufactory roasting

    All coffee beans are gently roasted in a drum roaster right on-site on Rethelstrasse. Fresh every day, every day. A maximum of 5 kilograms per roasting.

500g Honduras: A particularly mild coffee, medium roast, and low in acidity. 100% Arabica.

500g Guatemalan bean: Robust flavor with a chocolatey note. Dark roasted and balanced acidity. 100% Arabica.

500g Tanzania: Single-origin coffee from the highlands of Tanzania. Full-bodied, intense flavor. Particularly fruity.

Espresso set

500g India: Finest highland Robusta. Particularly intense. Flavors of dark chocolate, nougat, and nuts. Dark roasted. Particularly low in acid.

500g Ethiopia: Wild beans from the highlands of Ethiopia. Particularly intense. Light roast. Particularly fruity.

500g Mexico Chiapas bean: Particularly soft and mild in taste.
